I DID sign up for that Boot Camp class, which I'm hoping is a step in the right direction...and I packed my gym bag so that I can hopefully squeeze in a quick workout at lunch today. I have be...I totally can relate to your post Sara. I have been trying desperately to get back into an exercise routine. It is certainly not easy but I am keeping at it. I am glad to know I am not the only one. I am sure you will receive lots of encouragement all over to keep the pace up. That is what keeps me going.
