Thanks so much for bringing this up - you're right, working moms are certainly NOT the only ones who have to balance full plates. Loved your post on community managers. I am amazed at how many companies expect their employees to do three or four jobs, instead of doing just one job really well. (Of course, this problem isn't just limited to the multifamily real estate industry!) Though I know many people who can do "more with less" pretty effectively, there does come a point when that philosophy becomes counterproductive, and has a negative impact on one's core responsibilities.

I feel as though what you brought up in this post really resonates with a wide audience. Even though it is directed towards working mothers, I think we can all see a bit of ourselves in the women here who discuss having to balance so many things and the pressure to do it successfully.
